Join us for a fabulous Summer day out aboard our train hauled by one of our 47 class heritage diesel locomotives. Settle back in our 1930s carriages and take in the passing scenery as we head for Tarana or Rydal.
Passengers may board the train at either Orange, Millthorpe, Blayney or Bathurst and choose to disembark at Tarana or Rydal for lunch. We have three venues you can choose from to dine at for lunch. At Tarana you have the choice of dining at Tarana Hotel or Mumma Snow's Country Kitchen. At Rydal enjoy lunch at the Alexandra Hotel.

If you choose to alight at Tarana You will have approximately 3hrs to spend here before rejoining the train. Why not enjoy the day with family and friends by booking lunch with us at the Tarana Hotel. Established in 1873, the Tarana Hotel is described as a hidden gem!

RYDAL
Passengers alighting in Rydal have time to explore the picturesque village of Rydal. Those choosing to include their lunch will enjoy a meal at the Alexander Hotel, which opened in 1914.

This tour starts from and returns to Orange Station. You are requested to be at the station at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Departure times are indicative and may change once timings are confirmed with Track Operators.
